Every Groundium mat is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal use of the product.

What is not covered

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage from improper care.

How to make a claim

Email care@groundium.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item.
